Moore's Valley Nurseries MOORES VALLEY ROAD WAINUIOMATA OWNED BY DAVID AND MICHELLE FLETCHER This nursery has been established for 35 years, 7 of those years by the current owners. It is set in rural tranquility on 2 ½ acres with 120,000 plants to choose from. The theory is if it grows here it will grow just about anywhere. There prices are very reasonable and help is always on hand if your not quite sure what to plant in what conditions. It is a wonderful place too just browse around on a sunny day, but you will probably not leave empty handed. Moores Valley Nurseries was also voted the best garden center in the Wellington region by the Breeze radio stations listeners. David Fletcher a builder by trade swapped his hammer for gardening gloves and has not looked back. |
